Frequently Asked Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
What defines an aluminum-framed automatic sliding door?
The moving leaves use visible aluminum profiles around selected glass edges, while an overhead operator, sensing and control components coordinate automatic movement. The exact frame, glass and surrounding entrance arrangement is project-specific.
How is this different from an all-glass sliding door?
This page focuses on moving leaves with a defined aluminum profile expression. The all-glass product page focuses on frameless or minimal-frame moving leaves where transparency is the primary design direction.
Which frame finishes are available?
Send the required finish description, code or visual reference. The applicable finish process, appearance and availability need confirmation for the project and supply scope.
Which glass specification should be used?
Provide the project glass requirement when available. Final construction, thickness, edge conditions, dimensions and glazing responsibility must be reviewed with the framed leaf and selected operator.
How is the sliding layout selected?
Review the opening, required clear passage, available side travel, fixed-panel arrangement, moving-leaf construction and surrounding conditions before confirming the layout.
Can access control or external signals be coordinated?
Compatible interfaces can be reviewed after the device type, signal logic, operating modes, locking and responsibilities are defined.
Can the request cover only the operator and controls?
Our main focus is complete door supply. Operator systems, components and accessories are generally supplied to existing customers as replacement, spare or repair parts. Large-volume standalone requirements, such as hundreds or thousands of sets, can be discussed separately. Interfaces and exclusions are confirmed in the quotation.
What information is needed for a quotation?
Send the opening, passage, layout, leaf and glass information, frame and finish direction, structure, floor, traffic, controls, quantity, destination and required supply scope.
