Inquiry information and purpose
When you send an inquiry, we collect the contact details, company information, and project message you choose to provide so we can review and respond to your request.
The website does not use inquiry submission as a marketing subscription.
Optional analytics and advertising measurement
Analytics, advertising measurement, and personalized advertising are enabled by default for new visitors, without an automatic settings popup. Existing saved choices are retained. The website records page paths, successful inquiry submissions, and clicks on WhatsApp, email, and phone links. A contact click does not confirm that a message was sent or a call connected.
Google Analytics and Google Ads may use cookies and advertising identifiers to measure website activity, connect visits and contact actions with our advertising, and personalize ads. Open Cookie Settings in the footer to disable these features or keep analytics only. The default setting is a website setting, not a record that you actively accepted tracking.
Inquiry field contents and direct contact values are not sent to Google Analytics.
Yandex Metrica is included in analytics and records browsing activity, clicks, scrolling, and session replays to help us understand how the website is used. Inquiry fields are marked to mask their contents in recordings. Session replay follows the analytics setting; choosing Reject optional stops future recording in this browser.
Yandex Metrica may set cookies beginning `_ym_`. Reject optional also removes these first-party cookies. Yandex may process browsing data internationally under its service terms and privacy policy.
Your choices are saved in your browser's local storage. Analytics may set cookies beginning `_ga`; advertising measurement may also set cookies beginning `_gcl_`. Use Cookie Settings at any time to change your choices. Choosing Analytics only withdraws advertising permission and clears these advertising cookies; Reject optional withdraws both permissions and clears both types of cookies.
Google and our hosting infrastructure may process operational and analytics data internationally, subject to their respective terms and safeguards.
Processing and operational logs
Inquiry information is processed through Resend to deliver the message, and the website infrastructure may create operational logs needed to run, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
Processing may take place across borders when service infrastructure or recipients are located in different countries or regions.
Security and retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures for the information handled through the website, while no online transmission or storage method can be promised as completely secure.
Inquiry information and related records are retained only for the period reasonably needed for the business response, project follow-up, and applicable legal obligations.
